Welcome to Mind Over Matter: Mastering the Graduate Student Mindset. Module 1: Procrastination – An Origin Story. In this first module you will be introduced to the most common misconceptions surrounding motivation, procrastination, chronic procrastination, and laziness. You’ll learn how these misconceptions stop you from overcoming your challenges with procrastination and the three real causes of chronic procrastination.
