Everyone experiences reality through the lens of our personal stories. We interpret our experiences and respond in accordance with our perceived identity. The stories that we tell ourselves are immensely powerful and can help us or hinder us in our quest to complete graduate school. They shape our attitudes, beliefs, and ultimately our behaviors.

We perpetuate our stories through our metacognitions. Building upon the contents of Module 2, you’ll learn the process for identifying and rewriting the pro-procrastination attitudes and beliefs that create a story of procrastination in you’re life.
