The Myth of Fixed Performance
Do you believe that there is a fixed maximum that you can reach in any skill? Like a limit to your talent and abilities? This belief has a name, fixed performance.
If you’ve ever thought- Maybe I have finally reach my limit – then you’ll want to complete this module. The belief in a fixed performance can subtly convince you that you’re not capable of overcoming the challenges in front of you, so you shouldn’t even try. It’s a limiting belief that can halt productivity in it’s tracks and this module will help you change your mind.
However, if you know that given time, effort, and support you can overcome any challenge, then skip this module. You can mark this module as complete and advance to the next module, Perfectionism, using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
