Some Task Characteristics Cause Procrastination.
Here’s how to make the best of it.

It’s no surprise that grad. students find themselves more prone to procrastinate on some tasks over others. That’s because some task characteristics lead to procrastination. These characteristics may seem immutable, something that you just have to get over, but that’s not the case.

Often, you can either alter the task characteristics themselves or your approach to them to reduce procrastination and promote productivity. So, this module covers the task characteristics most likely to cause procrastination and what to do about them.

Further, as the final module focusing on the procrastination portion of the Mind Over Matter course, this module will take everything you’ve learned up to this point and show you how to put it all together to conquer procrastination and take control of your productivity.
