Cultivate insight. Identify an emotion you would like to experience more often. Think about the time in your life you felt that emotion. What activities did you do that contributed to your experience of it? Can you bring more of those activities into your life?
Cultivate insight. Take 10 minutes to write on the questions: What do you need to be satisfied with your life? What are you satisfied with already? Look at the needs you’ve identified. If you’re not satisfied. Pick one small activity that you can do to be more satisfied.
